A terrific example of quality Champagne at an affordable price. Dry with rich flavours. Well balanced acidity which will not cause the discomfort that many Champagnes do.(I did not like Champagne until I tried this one BW)

Here is a great alternative to "proper fizz". Dry yeasty flavours reminiscent of a good Champagne. Cava has not received the popularity it deserves especially when it is this good.
