Mixing and Instructions for Use

Please read these instructions carefully before opening a Twinpack

  1. Carefully remove the resin pack from the outer pack. Remove end caps if fitted.
  2. Remove the centre clip separating the resin and hardener, by holding the pack at each end and pulling outwards gently until the clip springs off, forming one complete bag. Gripping the ends of the pack, manipulate the resinpack vigorously with a circular motion for at least 2 minutes.
  3. Place the resinpack on a smooth, flat surface and using the centre section of the removed clip, scrape any unmixed resin or hardener from each corner of the pack into the centre. Manipulate the resinpack in your hands for a further 1 minute or until uniform.
  4. Repeat operation 3. In rare cases, where long-term storage has resulted in sedimentation of the resin, it may be necessary to continue mixing for a longer period.
  5. Cut off a small corner of the tapered end of the resinpack.
  6. Place the resinpack in the palm of your hand and use the pressure of the other hand to dispense the mixed material. To stop the flow, release any pressure and invert the bag.

Available in the following pack sizes; - 75 gms, 150 gms, 250 gms and 500 gms.
