Father Jim with Rachel Walker (Blackburn Residential Rehab Manager) & Darren Parry (Salford Services Manager) We congratulate our Blackburn & Salford Service managers. They recently received excellent CQC inspection reports. The Care Quality Commission carried out two unannounced inspections and found our services of high standard. They were particularly interested in the positive feedback from service users.

John Riach is our clinical psychologist providing invaluable support to staff within clinical supervision. THOMAS places a high priority on staff support and we are constantly exploring how we can improve our practice. Clinical supervision helps us understand the professional issues staff can face on the frontline. It also gives an opportunity to discuss alternative models in working practice. |
