We have recently opened our furniture restoration project. This will provide good quality restored furniture. All our Stage 2 clients who complete the rehab programme in Salford will work on this scheme.

THOMAS Works! is a brand new development for THOMAS. With the support of the Big Lottery Reaching Communities fund we are able to provide training, qualifications, work experience and possible employment for people who have benefited from recovery services in the North West.

Accrington and Rossendale College are delivering workshops to build skills in multi- crafts-painting and decorating, bricklaying, plastering, joinery, leading to nationally recognised qualifications. CANWe Solutions are providing training in employability and construction skills.

We are grateful to Greater Manchester Police for the support they have given to this project. Over 80 bikes have been donated that were seized from criminal activity . Bikes have been restored.  We look forward to the development of this project.

We are about to open our first female residential rehab in Salford. This will be a direct access project as part of the Achieve Service. Women living in Salford with a drug or alcohol problem will benefit from this service.
