The Tartan Suite
The suite consists of a large bedroom which can be made up with a huge, superking size bed (180cm.) or with twin matching single beds. The suite has its own private sitting room and an en suite shower-room with a large shower cubicle, wash basin and w.c.

There is a Black Watch tartan theme throughout the suite enhanced by pine furniture. Facilities include TVs in both rooms, hairdryer, tea/coffee making tray, mini-fridge with fresh milk, electric blankets in cooler months, a fan for the occasional hot day (!) and crisp white bathrobes. In addition there are fresh flowers, soft white towels and a range of bathroom toiletries available. There is a comfortable sofa to relax on with a book or magazine provided.
The
sitting room window looks to the north-west where you can see Craig Phadraig
hill, site of an Iron Age hill fort, Ord hill on the Black Isle and, on clear
days, the snow-capped tops of Ben Wyvis about 40 miles away. Sunsets viewed
from this window are often spectacular.
Downstairs is the lounge with a variety of books, where we will be pleased to serve you tea on your arrival or in the evening. This is where guests like to spread out their maps to tell of their days’ adventures, plan their journeys around the area and often appreciate a few “insider” tips about where to see the best scenery, spot an eagle or visit a Highland Games.
