Baccarat

Object of Game:              To bet on the hand that will be closest to 9.

Rules:                                                          

Two hands are dealt, the Banker hand and the Player hand.              
Prior to the deal, each player wagers on either the Player hand or the Banker hand, or on the Tie Bet.
The aim is to wager on the hand closest to a total of 9.      
Card totals can be a maximum of 9 points. If the value is 10 or higher, 10 is subtracted from the score. 

i.e                    9 + 7 = 16                       H and totals 6   
                       5 + 5 + 5 = 15                  Hand totals 5   
                       10 + 9  = 19                     Hand is a "natural" 9       
                                                                    
Winning player hand wagers are paid 1 to 1.      
Winning Banker hand wagers are paid 1 to 1, but player pays 5% commission.    
Winning Tie bets are paid 8 to 1.                                        

Third Card Draw                                     

A third card may be dealt, but the player does not ask for it.         
A rule is followed to determine if a third card is dealt.              
No hand can have more than 3 cards.          

Third Card Rules                                     

If players two cards total:                             
0 - 5                       Player hand must draw       
6 - 7                       Player hand must stand      
8 - 9                       "Natural" (both hands stand)    
                      

If players hand draws, then Bankers hand draws according to rules.          
0 - 2                       Banker hand must draw       
3 - 6                       Third card to Player hand determines draw or stand, (See Table Below).

If Players hand stands on two cards, then a two card Banker hand, totaling 3,4,5 must draw and a Banker hand of 6 must  stand.
