Start Time:     1000 a.m. 
Entry Fee:      £11.50 attached, £12.50 unattached, £1 extra on the day.

General Info: 

 Starts & Finishes at track. Rural course on flat country roads. Wheelchair athletes most welcome. Excellent shower & changing facilities. Medals & spot prizes. Drinks stations approx. every 3 miles. Course support for 6 hours. Free finishing photo to finishers caught on camera. Results will be posted out.
