The Junior section is currently being administered by Ivor Hopkins and is helped by a number of other coaches. The junior section meets twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at Tilsley Park Track. Sessions begin at 1900 and usually last for about one hour. Each session always consists of a warm-up and warm-down period. Followed by either specific or more general training. The club juniors take part in a wide variety of events throughout the year. These range from cross-country to sports hall meets where the emphasis is very much on the fun side of sport. Currently there are a number of Junior Athletes doing extremely well in their chosen disciplines. Follow the links to see the current club
