Plan your driving so that you don't stop at junctions unless you absolutely HAVE to |

When traffic arrives at a junction as a driver YOU MUST PLAN YOUR APPROACH SO YOU FIT IN WITH THE REST OF THE TRAFFIC. The ONLY way to plan it is to avoid stopping is by using lots and lots of checks on the traffic. If you plan it properly you won't stop. This is how the examiners drive. They will think very highly of you if you can do this on nearly all junctions (please see the diagram below). |
