Mid-Summer Notes – 18th June 2005
Thank you so, so much to all the performers who took part in Mid Summer Notes on the beautiful afternoon of 18 June. It was brilliant and Hilary and Alan’s garden was an absolutely wonderful setting, so thank you to them also.
Special mention to the young people who sang and played so beautifully - Hannah and Isobel Williams and Matthew Johnston. A huge thank you to Jan Bradley for making cakes and for all the team of ladies from church who catered so well in the hot weather. Phew!
I am delighted to tell you that the sum of approx £610 was made for World Vision Child sponsorship charity and NSPKU. I would like to say a heartfelt thank you to all friends in the village and further afield who supported our Mid Summer Notes concert and gave donations, you are so kind.
