LATEST NEWS :

The Guild welcomed "The Lady Vicar" to its latest meeting.

After a brief introduction from Cathy she very bravely invited any questions the ladies would like to put to her. A great variety of subjects were raised and it is much to her credit that she managed to find answers to them all. We were pleased to have the opportunity to get to know Cathy a lot better and to have some insight into the modern day life

of a priest. With six parishes to cover it must be hard to spend quality time with all the parishioners they meet, so we were very fortunate to spend that time with her. Thank you, Cathy.

Please keep your eyes open for forthcoming events and support us where you can. We welcome new members, all you need to have is an interest in helping others and an enjoyment of company, chatter and coffee.

We are a small but very active group and are always very pleased to welcome new members.

If you have never been to Ladies Guild and would like to know more about our meetings please ring Ann 624371, Barbara 624595 or Jane 624434.

Lifts can be arranged and a friendly face will be there to meet new members. Meetings normally take place once a month on the third Wednesday of the month, often in the mornings but sometimes in the afternoon or evening depending on the programme..
